Thriva Solutions – Launching end-to-end diagnostic testing in weeks, not months

Thriva’s partners were taking an average of six months to onboard onto its API platform, delaying adoption and restricting revenue. Leading the B2B squad, I spearheaded the design of a partner-facing diagnostics management platform that enabled low- to no-tech partners to launch end-to-end testing services quickly.

Using a Jobs-to-Be-Done framework to map role-specific needs and design tailored workflows. Supported by a new design system, the solution cut onboarding time to six weeks and accelerated revenue for Thriva and its partners.

EROAD – Unifying global telematics platforms under a single vision

Following a strategic competitor acquisition, EROAD set out to become a global leader in vehicle telematics. Critical to this mission was consolidating multiple software and hardware systems into a single platform.

Led by research with over a dozen industry experts across North America and Australasia, I shaped the vision of EROAD's future unified platform, defining a robust information architecture and user experience that serves customer needs across multiple global industries and transport sectors.

Genesis Energy – Unlocking energy intelligence for enterprise through rapid product delivery

Genesis Energy is New Zealand’s largest energy retailer, serving over 650,000 consumers and businesses. While strong tools supported residential customers, large enterprises were left in the dark with little insight needed to manage complex energy demands.

To close this gap, I led a lean UX initiative with the Business team to design a dedicated energy insights platform for enterprise customers. Working closely with Sales, Commercial and Engineering, we shaped and validated a MVP through customer research and testing, enabling a pilot launch in just three months.

Talking Minds – Co-designing youth mental health support with patients and whānau

Nearly half of New Zealanders experience mental distress in their lifetime, with Māori and 18–24 year-olds disproportionately affected. Yet many online services lack culturally relevant, age-appropriate support.

Talking Minds was co-designed with young people and their families to provide accessible resources for those experiencing psychosis. I facilitated the end-to-end co-design process — from workshops with clinicians, patients, and whānau, through to designing and launching the live platform. The result was a truly unique, trusted digital resource, giving young people and their families access to tailored, culturally relevant mental health support.
